Nga Tang joined Hoover & Bechtel L.L.P., as an associate in the fall of 2004. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in International Economics, and earned her J.D from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
While attending Hastings, Nga externed for the Honorable Arthur M. Greenwald in the United States Bankruptcy Court. During her second and third year in law school, she gained substantial clinical experience working for the Domestic Relations Unit of Bay Area Legal Aid in San Francisco. Furthermore, as a grant recipient of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation, she was able to contribute to the domestic violence community by creating a comprehensive resource pamphlet in Chinese and Vietnamese. Nga was a contributing author as well as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and won the American Jurisprudence Award for Best Brief in Moot Court.
In her spare time, Nga likes to cook, travel, and spend quality time with her husband and two dogs.
