Robert Hoover is a native Californian with firm roots in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been a practicing lawyer for over 40 years.

During and after military service, Mr. Hoover attended several colleges and universities, including San Jose State University, Mississippi Southern, and the University of Mississippi. He holds bachelor of laws and juris doctor degrees from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Hoover has lectured extensively in California, and has appeared on numerous panels and committees. Mr. Hoover has been profiled in several national publications. Mr. Hoover has been quoted most recently in the Wall Street Journal and Lawyers Weekly, U.S.A., during April 2006.

On a personal note, Mr. Hoover has had numerous interests while dedicating full time to the practice of law. He has completed twenty marathons, including two marathons of fifty miles each. He has bicycled from Canada to Mexico and is an international ocean kayaker. Mr. Hoover has also been a technical mountain climber with ascent route of class five and above.
